Refund and Returns Policy

 Incorrect goods received    If you received the wrong item, please return the item by:   
  • Logging the return via an email to brad@charleslansdown.com within 7 days  
  • Please ensure the item is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging, with stickers and seals still attached 
  The full delivery and return cost will be on Charles Lansdown Tailored Leather’s account.    Damaged goods    If you received a damaged or defective product, you can request a refund on condition that:   
  • A return is logged via email to brad@charleslansdown.com within 7 days  
  • The item is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging, with stickers and seals still attached 
  The full delivery and return cost will be on Charles Lansdown Tailored Leather’s account.    Unwanted Goods    You can request a refund for an unwanted product on condition that: 
  • A return is logged via email to brad@charleslansdown.com within 7 days  
  • The item is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging, with stickers and seals still attached 
  The delivery and return cost of unwanted goods will be deducted from the total refund amount:
  • R80 for a wallet or belt
  • R150 for a small bag
  • R300 for a big bag  
  The Return Process    Once the goods have been approved for return, we will notify you and arrange for our couriers to collect it from you.    In the event you would prefer to post the goods, we will only be responsible once we are in possession of such goods, which must be sent to:    27 Adderley Street, Kensington B, Randburg, Johannesburg, 9024    All risks and costs pertaining to goods posted in this way will be the customers’.    If goods are damaged or incorrectly delivered, you will be credited or refunded for the postage and or incurred shipping costs.    Unless you are using our courier company, goods lost in the return delivery process will be your responsibility.     If you are returning goods via a courier or post office, please package it carefully so that it does not become damaged in transit. Please include the returns request number and a copy of your original invoice with your return.    All credits will only be processed once we are in possession of the products in question.    Returns From Outside of South Africa    The customer will bear all return-related costs of unwanted goods, (including postage and duties) from any country outside of South Africa.
